My recent stay in Nago was a great experience! The hotel staff were friendly and efficient during check-in, and I appreciated the Ritz Kids pack they offered for my daughter. The property itself is stunning, with breathtaking views of the golf course and ocean. The outdoor whirlpool on the terrace was a heavenly place to relax. Additionally, the food and drinks at the Italian restaurant and bar were outstanding, with a cozy atmosphere and a great selection.

There were a few negative aspects during my stay. The initial check-in process could have been better, as I didn't receive a welcome gift despite being a loyal member and there were issues with ice and waiting time at the breakfast buffet.

The design is beautiful, with a gentle breeze in every room. Complimentary detox waters and morning yoga classes are offered. The views are stunning, and the staff is warm and friendly. Excellent service, renovated property, clean gym, and great dining options. Helpful shuttle service and spacious rooms with amazing views.

The service was excellent, with attentive floor staff and a spacious outdoor pool area with a stunning view. The breakfast had a fantastic selection of Japanese and Western options, and the restaurants at the hotel were accommodating to dietary needs. The rooms were spacious, comfortable, and had great views. They even recognized our anniversary, which was a lovely touch.

The hotel's Italian restaurant, located near the entrance, served high-quality cuisine that was absolutely delicious. The hotel also had convenient parking and transportation options, and its location in a rainforest added to its charm.

stayed at a gorgeous hotel in Nago and it exceeded all our expectations! The lobby is breezy and feels like Bali, the Teppanyaki restaurant is fantastic, and the 24-hour gym is a bonus. The staff were friendly and even offered shuttle service to nearby restaurants. We had a dream-like experience with beautiful views, complimentary amenities, and a relaxing spa. Definitely worth it!

Great Ocean Views & Comfortable Beds Stayed at a pricey hotel in Okinawa. Great ocean views from the room and comfortable beds. the hotel is located in a tourist, friendly area with plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. Plus, they have an amazing spa which we enjoyed very much!

Slow Check, In & Poor Customer Service Check, in was a nightmare. the process was very slow and inefficient, and we didn't get the room we paid for, even though we arrived early.

I recently enjoyed a wonderful vacation at a stunning oceanfront hotel. the location was perfect, as I could either take a short walk down to the beach or play a round of golf on the nearby course. the room was spacious and pristine, with a bathroom that made me feel like royalty. the service was impeccable, with staff who went above and beyond to ensure my comfort. Every morning, I was treated to a delicious breakfast spread that included both Western and Japanese cuisine. the view from my room was breathtaking, overlooking the ocean encompassed by a serene atmosphere. the spa and gym were fantastic facilities, perfect for relaxing and staying fit during the trip.

At times, there were communication barriers due to language differences that created minor complications.

The staff and service were exceptional, truly some of the best we've encountered. The recently renovated property impressed us with its stunning nighttime views and beautiful, comfortable accommodations. The on-site gym was clean and the pool was excellent. We also enjoyed the variety of dining options available.

This hotel offers exquisite luxury amenities that cater for the high, end travelers. Service is top, of, the, line, starting from the parking service, where the staff made sure to park our car and took us to the entrance without any additional effort on our part. the restaurants serve delicious and high, quality cuisine that satisfied our discerning taste buds. the shuttle service to the nearest beach and pick up was a convenient oasis for us, and the area reserved on the beach for hotel guests featured beach umbrellas, providing an exclusive beach experience. We also appreciated the in, room breakfast, and the beauty treatments offered in the spa lounge. Cons: There was a minor issue with the public bath, which was overcrowded, but this did not deter us from enjoying the rest of the services and amenities offered.

The hotel is a bit secluded, so it's best to rent a car to explore the area. The check-in process could improve in recognizing loyalty program members.
